Incumbent Worker Training
2009-2010
In collaboration with the Chester County Workforce Investment Board and the Chester County Economic Development Council, ITAG has secured a $170,000 Incumbent Worker Training Grant(IWTG) from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry to support incumbent worker training for the partnership during the 2009-2010 fiscal year. This is the fourth round of incumbent worker training grants for ITAG. Any ITAG organization interested in receiving training dollars through the IWTG is required to submit an application.
The first round of grant applications closed on February 5, 2010. Details of the application process may be found in the documents below.
Note that a 25% cash match, providing the social security numbers for employees participating in the IWTG, and registration with the PA CareerLink are required for all grantees.If you have any additional questions, please contact Cyd McCord or Patti VanCleave as soon as possible.
